The Problem
Challenge
Rehab clinics were running patient records, therapist schedules, branch finances, HR, and payroll from separate spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Handoffs broke constantly, financial reporting was always delayed, and management had no real-time visibility across branches.
Our Answer
Solution
We built a full ERP from the ground up. Therapists get a clean mobile app for client programs and session tracking. Owners and managers get a web dashboard that runs the entire business: multi-branch financials, HR, payroll, scheduling, and analytics — all in one place, live.
About This Project
Clinics were stitching together patient records, therapist workflows, branch finances, and HR across disconnected tools. We replaced all of it. Recovery Lab is a full ERP: therapist-facing mobile app for session tracking and client programs, a React/Next.js web dashboard for management, and a Laravel backend powering multi-branch operations, staff payroll, financial reporting, HR records, and real-time analytics. Every role — therapist, front desk, branch manager, owner — gets a purpose-built experience. Clinical judgment stays with the therapists; the business runs itself in the background.
